expect / except 易混淆單字 
你能搞清楚嗎？

補充:
1. expect: 
(1.)預計去做….：expect to VR.
Cherry expects to take a trip to Europe after Covid-19 is over.
櫻桃期待covid-19結束之後，可以去歐洲旅行。

(2.)懷孕 (進行式)
Mandy is expecting.
Mandy懷孕了。

2. except:
(1.)除了…之外（不包含的）
I like to eat fruit except apples.
我喜歡吃水果，除了蘋果以外。

㊙️除了…之外(有包含的)
In addition to/ beside…
In addition to apples, I also like to eat strawberries.
除了蘋果，我還喜歡吃草莓。

expect/ except長得很像
所以記得一定要切完音節之後
利用「發音」的方式辨認

再切音節
確認發音
這樣以後才不容易和相似字搞混
